Despite having gluten-free pizza listed on the menu it never seems to be available, and the one time we were able to order it the pizza that arrived was a regular gluten-containing one.
The staff aren't trained on allergies nearly well enough as they don't know what gluten actually is, and the disorganisation makes it impossible to eat there.
Otherwise the place is usually pretty messy - sticky tables, food on the floor, just nowhere near enough staff to handle all the customers. Board game selection is good but prices for hire are steep.
