Jessie backs Tom up, but is upset by Dad's continued gaslighting. As Dad blusters, Tom realises that he will not change.

He stabs Dad in the stomach with a kitchen knife. Dad screams in pain on the floor. Tom and Jessie watch him gasping and bleeding on the floor and then Tom runs from the house to go to the bunker.
